Preface to the first edition
Looking into the happiness of people in the world, revealing that many of us suffer from variuos kinds of problems arising in our life.With the purpose to let all understand the way how to reach the real happines and far away from suffering in life,
Ven.BragruvinaidhonUdom Uttamasīlo samana gives the initiative to revise watyarnnarangsee buddhist montra chanting book correcting whatever missing and making complete and useful for all to use and make it in the form of the original pali with English translation.With meaning given, it will reveal the teaching ot the Blessed One and can bring into pratice resulting of being far away from suffering reaching the real happiness i.e. Nibbāna.
Completing of this book depends on of various collecting sources especially Ven. Acharya Buddharkkhita thera,Maha Bodhi Society, Bangalore who is my meditation teacher during the time of shortly visiting him many years ago.I have got many of his writing books in pali and English translation using for reference of this book too.
Thank to Miss Saralpon Buddhā with her hard work in contacting the printed house and helping me in various kinds of problems arising.And also thank to all the others who do not name herein.
Let all of us now give the dedication of our merits towards all beings.May the merites made by us now or at some other time be shared among all beings there infinite immeasurable; those dear to us and virtuous as mothers or as fathers are, the seen and the invisible, to others neutral, hostile too; beings establihsed in the world upon three spheres, four kinds of birth, five, one, or four constituents wandering in reals small and great
Our merit-dedication here having known may they rejoice, and those who do not know of this may deities announce to them, By rejoicing in this cause, this gift of merits ( puñña) given by us, may beings all forever live a happy live and free from hate, and may they find the Path Secure and their good wishes all succeed.
