ติอุทานะคาถา :Ti udāna gatha  :  The three Inspired Verses.

Yadā have pātubhavanti dhammā,                     As phenomena grow  clear,
Atāpino jhāyito brahmanassa,                                           To the Brahmin, ardent, absorbed,
Athassa kaṅkhā vapayanti sabbā,                     His doubts al vanish,
Yato pajānāti sahetu-dhammaṃ.                        When he discerns what has a cause.
Yadā have pātubhavanti Dhammā,                    As phenomena grow clear,
Ātāpino jhāyato brahmanassa,                                             To the Brahmin, ardent, absorbed,
Athassa kaṅkhā vapayanti sabbā,                     His doubts all  vanish,
Yato khayaṃ paccayānam avedi.                       When he penetrates the end of conditions
Yadā have pātubhavanti Dhammā,                    As phenomena grow clear,
Ātāpino jhāyato brahmanassa,                                             To the Brahmin, ardent, absorbed,
Vidhūpayaṃ tiṭṭhati māra-senaṃ,                      He stands, routing the troops of Mara,
Sūrova abhasayaṃ-antalikkhanti.                      Like the sun that illumines the sky.

Ended.
