2 อะริยะธะนะคาถา : Ariyathanagāthā :
Noble Wealth.
Yassa saddhā tathāgate One whose conviction in the
Tathagata
Acalā supatiṭṭhitā, Is
unshakable, well-established,
Sīlañca yassa kallayānaṃ Whose
virtue is admirable,
Ariya-kantaṃ pasaṃsitaṃ. Praised,
cherished by the Noble Ones.
Saṅghe pasādo yassatthi Who has
faith in the Sangha,
Ujubhūtañca dassanaṃ straightforwardness, vision: He
is not
Adaliddoti taṃ āhu poor,”
they say, His life has not been
Amoghan-tassa jīvitaṃ. In
vain.
Tasmā saddhañca sīlañca So
conviction & virtue, faith, &
Pasādaṃ dhamma-dassanaṃ dhamma-vision
Anuyunjetha medhāvī Should
be cultivated by the wise,
Saraṃ buddhāna-sāsananti. Remembering
the Buddhas’ teachings.
