Āyudo
balado dhīro The
wise one who gives age
vannado
patibhānado, ,
strength, beauty, perspicuity,
Sukkhassa
dātā medhāvī, A
person with wisdom gives happiness,
Sukhaṃ
so adhigacchati he
is sure to gain happiness.
Ayuṃ
datvā balaṃ vannaṃ, A person who gives age,
strength,
sukhanca
patibhānado, beauty,
happiness and perspicuity,
Dighāyu
yasavā hoti, Wherever
he arises,
yattha
yatthūpapajjatīti. he
will be with long life, and good fame.
